Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bradie Nest Care's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Bradie Nest Care provides home healthcare services including but not limited to personal care assistance, companion care, medication management, skilled nursing, and specialized care for diabetes, wound care, Alzheimer's, and dementia. Specific services are outlined in individual care agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information
  • Follow care plans and recommendations from our healthcare team
  • Maintain a safe environment for caregivers
  • Provide timely notice of schedule changes or cancellations
  • Pay for services according to the agreed billing schedule

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your care agreement. We accept various payment methods and will work with insurance providers for covered services. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.

Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the care agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services if the client environment becomes unsafe or if there is a breach of the care agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Bradie Nest Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the month preceding the claim.
